As the Pro Kabaddi League is on the verge of commemorating its significant tenth season, one of the game’s leading personalities and Most Valuable Player (MVP) from Season 2, Manjeet Chillar, spoke passionately about the transformative impact of PKL on the kabaddi scene. Having witnessed the league’s evolution from its inaugural season, Chillar talked earnestly about the drastic change PKL has brought to their lives.

Chillar was filled with enthusiasm and nostalgia as he expressed his sentiments regarding the approaching Season 10. “It’s an overwhelming emotion. Having been involved with the Pro Kabaddi League since its inception, I had hoped to be part of its tenth season as well. Unfortunately, I had to hang my boots after the eighth season. It’s indeed a poignant moment for all Kabaddi athletes who have ever been a part of the league,” Chillar stated, as shared by the event organizers.

The all-around athlete, who racked up 67 raid points and 40 tackle points in PKL’s second season, took a nostalgic trip down memory lane to share his most cherished memories from the Pro Kabaddi League. “For me, the highlight of my Pro Kabaddi journey was securing the league title in the eighth season with Dabang Delhi K.C. Up until then, the Pro Kabaddi League title was the only one missing from my collection of medals. It had been a goal of mine for a long time,” he confessed.
