Declan Rice got an offer from Bayern Munich
Declan Rice has been one of the best defensive midfielders in the English Premier League for a long time, and many Premier League and other big clubs want to sign the West Ham United superstar in their team.
Chelsea F.C. tried to sign Declan Rice for the last 3 years, but in the end, they signed Enzo Fernandez for a record-breaking deal as Chelsea paid 106.8 million euros to move from Benfica in the January transfer window.
West Ham had a bad season as they finished 14th in the table, and a player like Declan Rice is one of the high-caliber players who wanna play in the major clubs. West Ham is also ready to sell him but not less than 100 million Euros, which is the right price for him because he has been performing well for the last 3 seasons in the Premier League.
Arsenal has already made an initial bid of 85 million Euros, but West Ham declined it and asked for 100 million euros.
“There was a phone call with Tuchel a few days ago! Been told it was a good talk. Both appreciate each other. Rice is open to join Bayern & Tuchel. FCB wants to intensify their efforts now. He’s still a transfer target. But: Time is running as he could sign for Arsenal.”
Germany’s Florian Plettenberg said on twitter
Arsenal have not changed their plans for Declan Rice as top target: opening bid to be submitted in June, waiting for West Ham to clarify final price tag.
“Nothing is agreed or done, race remains open. Other clubs are also interested; so timing will be crucial.”

Declan Rice is open to joining Bayern Munich, but he prefers Arsenal more because he does not have to move out of the country and can stay with family. He has also been a player in EPL for a long time.
