Chelsea F.C. won against Wrexham in a pre-season match by 5-0; Nkunku scored in his debut
Chelsea F.C. started their pre-season tour with a dominating win against Wrexham by 5-0 to win the Florida Cup. Ian Maatsen, the young left-back of Chelsea, showed his amazing skill set to score the match’s first two goals by interlinking with the debutant of Chelsea, Nicolas Jackson.
The second goal assist was given by Carney Chukwuemeka, who was also impressed by his ball possession play and progressive ball play in the midfield area. However, many fans criticized the way Sterling played in the match after coming on the pitch in the second half, replacing the best player of the match Maatsen.
It was the first match for the new manager Mauricio Pochettino, and he gave every player in the substitute and team to showcase their skill. The transfer is still going on as the club already sold 11 players till now to clear the slot for the new players and get money for them.
Christopher Nkunku scored his first Chelsea F.C. goal after coming off the bench in the 90th minute, and the assist was given by C. Casadei, which was quite an amazing pass by him, and the way Nkunku scored the goal was amazing.
The two debutants of Chelsea, Jackson and Nkunku, impressed the Chelsea fan, but some players like Sterling and D. Moreira were heavily criticized for their gameplay, and many fans asked the Chelsea club to sell Sterling.
Ben Chilwell was also in the scoring tally as he scored a late 90+ minute goal which was an amazing finish by him as he lobbed the ball above Ben Foster’s head.
Ian Maatsen impressed the club fans and managers the most. He can be one of the starting 11 players for the Chelsea F.C. team, and this season club will go all out for the league title because they have no other European competition this season after finishing 12 last season which is the worst season for the Chelsea F.C. club in the last 2 decades.
