Dr. Dy Patil’s pitch has mostly favored batsmen and spin bowlers but in the later part of the tournament, the pitch started to assist more spinners. There were many low-scoring matches that happened in the later stage of the tournament on this pitch.

In Eliminator and final matches, fresh pitches are used so the batsmen have more favorable conditions for them so they can score big. The team batting second has been more successful on this pitch as they won 7 out of 9 matches and batting first won just two matches. Chasing has been easy on the surface because most of the matches were played under the light, which helps batsmen more than bowlers.

Mumbai Indians Women won 3 matches on the venue out of 5 and UP Warriroz won 2 matches out of 4, which shows Mumbai is more favorable to the condition of the pitch.
