So we can’t really blame any batter or bowler for this loss. They tried their best, but the conditions had a big impact on the game.

Deepak Chahar did get some swing at the initial overs of the 2nd innings, but once the ball got wet, the bowlers of the Chennai side did not get any help from the pitch. Rinku Singh and Nitish Rana found it easy to play their shots and win the match for their team.
The pitch of MA Chidambaram Stadium ( Chepauk Stadium) is suitable for spin bowlers and has always helped spinners in the past, but recently, the pitch has shown a neutral nature for bowlers and batsmen. It is amazing to see how Cheapuk Ground gave more runs this year than last season.

He took 14 wickets in 14 matches and also showed his amazing batting skills against Mumbai Indians, in which he scored 79 runs in just 32 balls.
3- Jayant Yadav might get a chance to play in the qualifier because Chennai Super Kings have around 5-6 batters who are left-handers, and off-spinners always have an advantage over the left-hand players. However, the chance is slim to be included in playing XI, but if he gets the chance, he might be the game-changer for the Gujarat Titans.
