UFC President Dana White announces three UFC main events for August-September:

UFC president Dana White recently announced three main events that are going to happen in the upcoming months at different locations on different dates. The fight matchup goes like this: Cory Sandhagen vs. Umar Nurmagomedov on August 5, 2023, in Nashville, where UFC is returning after 2019. Following that, on August 26, 2023, one of the UFC’s future hall of famers and former featherweight champion Max Holloway will be taking on the Korean zombie “Chan Sung Jung” in Singapore. Holloway is in rank 2 of the featherweight division and won his last fight against Arnold Allen. The Korean Zombie hasn’t fought anyone since his fight against Volkanovski, in which he got knocked out.

The last on the list is the fight card between Ciryl Gane and Serghei Spivac, which marks the return of the UFC to Paris, France. The last time UFC visited Paris was a year ago, when Ciryl Gane took over Tai Tuivasa. The heavyweight kickboxer Ciryl Gane has definitely worked on his ground and grappling game since he lost the heavyweight title fight against Jon Jones in March 2023. He tapped in the first round of the title fight when he got choked by Jon Jones near the cage.

The upcoming main events, as announced by Dana White, will bolster the third quarter of the UFC. There are 13 events scheduled for July, August, and September, and here is the list of the upcoming fights that fight fans would not want to miss.
