The pitch is slow and there will be a turn for the spin bowlers. Lucknow Super Giants is a well-balanced team and they bought some exciting players in the IPL auction as they splashed their 16 Crore on Mr. inconsistent wicket-keeper batsmen Nicholas Pooran who is not someone you can rely on but ya recently he showed some consistency in 2022 and also in last season of IPL. He scored 306 runs with an average of 38 in 14 matches. They also bought Romario Shepherd, Daniel Sams, Jaydev Unadkat, and the legendary Indian spinner Amit Mishra, among others.
Moshin Khan is already out of a picking option for Lucknow Super Giants as he picked up an injury which is a huge blow for them as he was one of their best bowlers in the last season of the Indian Premier League. They have Jaydev Unadkat in place, and also Daniel Sams, who can bat and bowl, is like a replacement for Marcus Stonis, who will not be going to play in every match because of his injury concern. Delhi Capitals had a good season last year as they failed to get into playoffs and finished in the 5th position, but they do have the potential to reach the playoffs once again. They are going to miss their captain Rishabh Pant due to injury, but the good thing is that they have experience batsmen and player David Warner on their side to lead the side.
He was also their highest run scorer last season, as he scored 432 runs. Kuldeep Yadav’s form will give them a great boost as he is picking wickets regularly in every format. He picked 21 wickets last season in just 14 matches and the other bowler is Khaleel Ahmed who picked 16 wickets last season in just 10 matches.
