New Zealand vs Norway ended in a historic 1-0 in FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023

New Zealand made history on Thursday, July 20, 2023, when they beat Norway 1-0 in the opening match of the FIFA Women’s World Cup at Eden Park in Auckland. It was their first-ever win at the World Cup after losing all their previous 15 games in five tournaments. This was a historic and emotional win for New Zealand, who showed their strength and courage after a tragic day. They made history and gave hope to their country and fans. They also played very well and deserved to win. Norway were not at their best and will have to work harder to bounce back.
