All about Italy Women’s Football Team for the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023

Italy Women's Football Team is in the group of death alongside Netherlands and USA in the FIFA Women's World Cup.

Italy Women’s football team will be going to play their back-to-back FIFA Women’s world cup and will try to do their best in the upcoming world cup.

Milena Bertolini is once again going to lead her side in another world cup as she did in the 2019 edition, in which Italy’s team was able to go through the last right but lost against Norway.

They are in the Group G of the World Cup alongside the Netherlands, Vietnam, and the United States, which is clearly the hardest group they could get.

It is going to be quite hard for the Bertolini guys too, but they do have a few players who will put in their all, and if they can connect with one another, then they have some chance to reach the round of 16.

Valentina Giacinti and Cristiana Girelli are going to handle the scoring game for the team as they did in the qualifiers and friendly, in which together they scored 16 goals and gave 7 assists which is amazing by any pair.

The 16 years old Barcelona player Giulia Dragoni was included in the team, which is quite an amazing achievement for the player to be featured at such a young age in FIFA Women’s World Cup.

Martina Lenzini is one of the best right back in the tournament, but to help her, the central back players need to be solid to give him more freedom in the back wings. The chances of progressing to the next stage are less, but Italy is not a weak team.
