Novak Djokovic returns to world no. 1 ranking, Nadal is out of the top 100
Novak Djokovic reclaimed his number one spot after creating the history of winning 23 grand slams as he won the French Open against Casper Ruud in the final by the scoreline of 7-6 (7-1), 6-3, 7-5.
Novak Djokovic dropped to ranked 3rd before the French Open, but the Serbian Iron Man Djokovic went all out in the Roland Garros and dominated the tournament to become the first player in the men’s category to win the 23 grand slam.
