Siddhanth Ravandur Triumphs at U-12 AITA National Ranking Championship Series Tournament

Siddhanth Ravandur, hailing from Mysore, has emerged triumphant at the U-12 AITA National Ranking Championship Series Tournament after a series of hard-fought matches.

Siddhanth Ravandur, a seventh-standard student hailing from Mysore, has emerged triumphant at the AITA National Ranking Championship Series Tennis Tournament in Boys U-12. The event was held at ATB Tennis Academy in Bengaluru.

Ravandur had to battle his way through three rounds of Qualifying matches to make it to the Main Draw. In the Quarter-finals, he defeated Thanush Shekhar (seeded 3) in a tightly fought match with scores of 7-5 and 6-2. His Semi-final match against Vachan Prasad saw him clinch victory with scores of 6-3 and 6-2. He saved the best for the last as he beat top-seeded player Nihal S Reddy 6-3, 6-0 in the Finals to be crowned champion.

The victory is a testament to Ravandur’s hard work and dedication towards his sport. He has been training with Nagaraj Tennis Centre since 2017 under the guidance of his coach, Shri. P Nagaraj. His parents have also played a huge role in supporting him throughout his journey to success.

Ravandur’s victory is yet another inspiring story which highlights the importance of hard work and perseverance in achieving one’s goals. It sets a great example for aspiring athletes everywhere.
