Conor McGregor’s team fighter knocked out in 9 seconds.

The 31st season of UFC’s Ultimate Fighter didn’t bring good news for Conor McGregor, as one of his fighters got knocked out in 9 seconds by a fighter on Michael Chandler’s team. Nate Jennerman of McGregor’s team faced Roberts Roosevelt of Michael Chandler’s team, and the fight got over in less than 10 seconds after the fight started. The 29-year-old fighter Roberts Roosevelt came guns blazing towards Nate Jennerman, and when both fighters were throwing punches towards each other, Roberts Roosevelt landed a great right and then a left to down the opponent, followed by hammer fists, before the referee, Mark Smith, called a stoppage to the fight.

Roberts Roosevelt is one of the fighters chosen for the UFC via Dana White’s Contender Series in 2018. He left a strong impression on the MMA audience by winning his first two fights, but later the downfall started, and he lost to Vinc Pichel in 2019. He went 2-2 with 1NC in his next fights, and later he was released by the UFC in 2021 after losing to Ignacio Bahamondes. Now he is showing off his skills in the UFC TUF 31st season under mentor Michael Chandler and won his first fight with a spectacular KO.

Michael Chandler and Conor McGregor are supposed to fight later this year, and that is going to be one of the biggest fights of this year if Conor McGregor passes USADA’s doping test before the fight. Conor McGregor doesn’t have a great record in coaching fighters, though he is one of the most electrifying fighters to ever enter the octagon. In the 22nd season of The Ultimate Fighter, when he was coaching opposite Urijah Faber, the Hall of Famer’s team fighter Ryan Hall won the tournament. This time as well, the start of the season wasn’t good for McGregor’s team.
