The current UFC middleweight contender Marvin Vettori was beside him in the octagon, and they were competing against each other to see who would choke Steve-O or Stevewilldoit unconscious fastest, and Michael Bisping won the challenge by choking the Jackass star Steve-O in just 11 seconds. After choking him unconscious, Bisping can be seen in the video calling his name to bring him to consciousness.
Michael Bisping had a great UFC career and featured in 39 fights, of which he won 30. He claimed the UFC middleweight belt in 2016 after defeating Luke Rockhold. He was inducted into the UFC Hall of Fame in 2019, and since then he has been appearing in various UFC events as a commentator. The footage of him choking the Steve-O cold was uploaded by him on his YouTube channel. Before choking him out, both of them agreed that there would be no law suits afterwards.
When Steve-O was out on the canvas, Bisping could be seen repeating his name until he got back to consciousness.
“You worried me, because I wasn’t sure, then I was like … I got the guy with the frail neck,” the 44-year-old joked. “Because I heard a little [cracking sound] and I was like, ‘What if I’ve broken his neck and he’s died?’ All these disclaimers on camera don’t mean shit when I’m getting locked up.”
