“Rashid Khan is the trump card for Gujarat Titans in qualifier 1” of the IPL 2023: Virender Sehwag

The magical spinner Rashid Khan was recently picked by the legendary Indian cricketer Virender Sehwag as the most valuable asset of the Gujarat Titans. The all-rounder from Afghanistan has been impressive the whole season of IPL 2023 and took 24 wickets in 14 matches, including one hat-trick against Kolkata Knight Riders, though they couldn’t win that match because of Rinku Singh’s innings. The defending champions are in the playoffs and will be battling against Chennai Super Kings in qualifier one at M.A. Chidambaram Stadium, Chennai.

Gujarat Titans have so far put in a staggering performance as the youngsters of the team have performed well, plus they played like a team so far where the top order batters and the bowlers delivered the results. Shubhman Gill is one of those batters who has gained a lot of popularity this season due to his performance, as the young lad has so far scored two centuries in this IPL and has proved his worth in the team. After knocking out RCB from the playoffs race and with the confidence he has in himself, Shubhman Gill could be the game changer in the upcoming matches, but according to former cricket legend Virender Sehwag, the allrounder Rashid Khan, who is also the joint leading wicket taker with his teammate Mohammed Shami (24 wickets), would play a vital role in the match against Chennai Super Kings on the slow pitch at MA Chidambaram Stadium.
